The Paperplace On Line Shopping Policy

Before you shop online with The Paperplace take a few moments to read our online shopping policies.
Take care when selecting your product/s, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for products bought online, unless they have a manufacturing fault.
                                                                
We have taken every care to describe the products and the features of those products we offer for sale on line. However over the web it’s often hard to get exactly the same visibility of the product that you would get in a retail store where you can inspect and handle the product. Be aware that getting an exact fix on the colour can be difficult over the web as screens and resolutions vary considerably. If you have questions please email us on mail@thepaperplace.com.au or call us on 61 2 92332979 and we will try and help answer any queries. If in doubt about any product you are going to order in volume we recommend you purchase a single sheet or envelope to ensure you know exactly what colour and texture you will be ordering.

Another issue when purchasing online is the potential for damage or theft by mail or courier delivery. The products we send to you via our post and our courier delivery service are not insured, we offer no insurance cover, replacement or exchange service for products damaged or stolen in transit. Fortunately we have had good service and track record from our transport operators to date however delivery is at your own risk. Remember Paper and Stationery is by definition a fragile product.
The Paperplace reserves the right to charge additional postage and handling in some circumstances – if this is required you will be notified.

It is our policy to pack the product as securely as possible, we try to minimize delivery costs and only attempt to cover the cost of packaging, wrapping/handling and actual postage/courier cost in our delivery charges.

Please note that the weights recorded for each product may not be accurate and in some cases have been adjusted to trigger the correct postage and handling charge.
We have no minimum order level.

All prices on this site are inclusive of GST. Some pricing online may vary from our retail store pricing. All online offers do not necessarily apply to our retail stores.

Where a product is out of stock and you have paid for that item, we will issue a full refund for that item/s only and deliver the balance of your order.

The Paperplace uses recognized Credit card secure site software. We do not have access to or keep any of your credit card details. We take no responsibility for credit card security or payment issues incurred on this site.

Where we offer membership only access to special parts of the site and to The Paperplace special members offers we promise to keep your personal details strictly confidential. We do not on sell membership lists/details (and should we be approached at any time we would never disclose details without obtaining your permission first). The Paperplace complies with the Privacy laws of Australia.
The Paperplace is a genuine family business and has no interest in doing the wrong thing by its customers but please be aware of the issues raised above before you make your shopping selections.
