We do not refund for change of mind. We will however offer a credit note for exchange.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Before returning goods, please notify us by email to email@example.com explaining the reason why you are returning the goods.
You will be held responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with returns. Upon receipt of the goods in original condition, we will organise a credit note to be used towards your next purchase.
Please send the boxed goods to The Paperplace by registered mail or express post, and advise of the tracking number
If the goods are damaged, you must include a photo clearly showing the damage. Once approved, we will organise collection and replacement. If replacement is not required, we will refund via the original payment method.
We must advise that there are no returns on sale items.
